How to apply for a refund

You can apply for a refund via our digital services.

 

All refunds should be made promptly while documentary evidence is fresh. For refund of payment made for 1 platform worker/entire submission, the requests must be made within one year from the date of payment of CPF contributions. You can refer to the “PAYMENTS RECEIVED ON” field in your record of payment for the date of payment. 

 

The total refund amount (platform operator’s and platform worker’s share) will be refunded to you. You are responsible for the refund of platform worker’s share of CPF contributions (where applicable) directly to your platform worker.

How to apply for an adjustment?

You can apply for an adjustment via our digital services. The application must be submitted to the CPF Board within one year from the date of payment of CPF contributions.
