Our Management Associate Programme offers two rotations over a 2-year term, aimed at establishing the foundation for your career at the CPF Board.

  • Exceptional performers may be invited to join the Senior Term to further their career development, for an additional 2 years through a third rotation.
  • Those who excel during the Senior Term may be selected to join the Board's talent management programme.

The programme has provided me with the opportunity to experience many different facets of the Board's work through structured rotation across different functional groups. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with supervisors and peers who taught and nurtured me to become a better version of myself, despite their busy schedules.

 

Even after “graduating” from the MAP, I still keep in touch with most of my fellow MAs. I am confident that our shared experience in the MAP will remain a pivotal part of our career journey even as we progress in our own careers.

The Board’s MAP has been a rewarding and enriching experience for me to learn and grow as a professional. Through the structured rotation within the Board, I have ample opportunities to work with different teams and participate in cross-agency projects. These exposures have helped me develop valuable skill sets and accelerate my understanding of how each function contributes to the Board's success.

 

In addition, the regular check-ins with my mentors provided me with advice and insights into navigating any challenges to achieve my career goals.
