Interning at CPF Board brings me a great sense of purpose, knowing that my efforts directly contribute to educating members about CPF. Being the direct bridge to the members makes me feel like I am making a difference in their lives, no matter how small. My time here has also been enriching as it has exposed me to a plethora of new experiences. From participating in shoots to conducting workshops, I have greatly expanded my skillset and knowledge through this internship.

Of course, none of these would have been possible without the guidance of my supportive and encouraging colleagues, for whom I am extremely grateful.

Every day, I come to work knowing that my efforts will benefit our members, who are also my neighbours, friends, and family. By significantly reducing man-hours, streamlining processes, and facilitating data-driven decisions, I can equip my department with smart tools to assist members and reduce response time to their needs.

At CPF Board, we are thoroughly integrated with the latest smart tools and innovations, ensuring that we remain abreast of industry standards. My job has provided me with numerous opportunities to communicate with both external stakeholders and internal teams. Majority of my colleagues are innovative in enhancing their workflows, and they are receptive to new ideas and technology.
