E-Xperience Guide

To equip Singaporeans with digital skills and safeguard against scams, CPF Board has launched a new initiative to train volunteers to guide members of the public on the use of CPF Board’s digital services and how to spot scams and practice safe online habits.

As an E-Lobby Guide, you will first undergo a one-day training on CPF schemes and services before deploying to service centres, where you will receive guidance and support from experienced volunteers to assist members at Self-Help Lobby and conduct small-group workshops on the Board’s digital services at the E-Xperience space.

You will guide members on services such as how to retrieve and download their CPF Statement of Accounts (SOA) and performing top-ups or withdrawals.
