How do I check the status of my submission? What do the different Submission Status under the View / Amend / Delete Submission screen mean?
To view the status of your submission, please login to CPF EZPay and select View / Amend / Delete Submission option under Manage Records & Preferences section of the Main Menu.
Please refer to the chart below for the different submission status.
Submission Status
What it means
Draft
This submission is incomplete and CPF has not received your submission yet.
Submitted
This submission will be processed after 5.15pm daily. Therefore, if there are any errors in the submission, you may amend or delete your submission before it is processed.
